All content, logos, graphics, code, software, and trademarks present on the Smartech platform are the property of Smartech or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of our services or intellectual property without our prior written consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

Smartech services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smartech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of your use of our services.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without prior notice, if we detect a breach of these Terms of Service or for system maintenance purposes.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved amicably or through the courts of jurisdiction in Semarang, Indonesia.
