User Data Deletion Instructions

Smartech provides authentication features using third-party services, including Meta/Facebook Login. We are committed to respecting your privacy and giving you full control over your personal data stored in our system. In accordance with data protection regulations, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal information.

Depending on how you interact with our services, you can request data deletion using one of the methods below:

Method 1: Removing App Access via Your Facebook Account

If you log in using your Facebook account and want to disconnect the application and remove access from your Facebook profile, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Facebook account, then go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
2. In the left-hand menu, search for and click Apps and Websites.
3. Find Smartech Messaging or the related Smartech application in the list.
4. Click the Remove button next to the application name.
5. Check the box if you also want Facebook to delete your app activity/posts, then click Remove again to confirm.

Method 2: Requesting Permanent Data Deletion from Our Database

If you wish to permanently delete all your account data (including email, name, history, and other profile details) from the Smartech server database, please send a deletion request by following these steps:

1. Send an email to our support team at: cs@smartech.co.id with the subject: "Account Data Deletion Request - [Your Name]".
2. In the body of the email, state the email address you used to register or log in to Smartech (or mention your Facebook profile name if you signed in using Facebook Login).
3. Our team will process your request and permanently delete all your personal data from our database within 3 business days.
4. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is complete.

Important to Know

Warning: The data deletion action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your data is deleted, you will not be able to recover your account, usage history, or other information associated with your account.
